Inneraction is a counselling and coaching practice dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner strength. The website was designed to create a welcoming and supportive online presence that reflects the client's personalized approach to guidance, growth, and well-being.

The website's visual identity was built around trust, warmth, and clarity. The existing brand colors were refined to better support the website's goals, while clean typography, calming visuals, and thoughtful spacing create an environment that feels professional, approachable, and reassuring.
The primary challenge was helping the client define the most effective website structure and content based on user needs and expectations. Additional challenges included refining the brand colors for digital use and assisting with decisions regarding hosting and domain selection.
The project followed a collaborative and user-centered design process. Through research, planning, and client feedback, we focused on creating a clear information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and a welcoming experience that helps users easily access counselling and coaching services.

Working as a team, we designed and presented a prototype in Figma to visualize the final website experience before development. The final website prioritizes clarity, trust, and ease of use. After the prototype was approved, development was completed in WordPress, with my role focusing on building the Home, Counselling, and Coaching pages to ensure a seamless and supportive user experience.
